HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 — Meet at Chefs Hall: Your group meets at 111 Richmond St W. Your pilot gets everyone settled, runs through the plan, and you’re off.
Step 2 — Mid-Tour Stops: Restaurant & Photo. You pedal through downtown with the music up, stopping twice along the way. At the restaurant, seating is reserved and food is ready within minutes.
Step 3 — Final Sit-Down Restaurant: Your last stop is at a final restaurant. Take your time, enjoy the food, and let the meal wind down naturally. You’re conveniently steps from Union Station.

What’s included in the price?
Food at 2 restaurants, tax, and 18% gratuity for your pilots and restaurant staff.
What’s not included?
Drinks on the bike or at the restaurants are not included.
Alcoholic drinks on the bike are $8 each and billed after the event based on consumption. We can also provide drink tickets if preferred.
Non-alcoholic drinks are available for $45 per cooler, per bike, and include cold water, pop, and sparkling water.
We can also organize drink tickets at the final restaurant stop. Pricing depends on the restaurant, but drink tickets are generally set at $12–$20 each and billed based on actual consumption. For example, if a guest uses a $20 drink ticket to order a $3 pop, you are billed $3, not $20.

Chefs Hall – 111 Richmond St W. Custom pickup from your office is available for an additional fee.
Where do we finish?
Local Public Eatery Adelaide – 141 Adelaide St W – Elevated comfort food in a laid-back, social setting.
What about dietary restrictions?
All dietary restrictions can be accommodated. We collect them in advance so every stop is sorted before you arrive.
What if it rains?
You can reschedule or cancel for a 10% admin fee. Our bikes have canopies for light rain and ponchos are available for $2 each at cost. A little weather hasn’t stopped a Pedal Pub group yet.
Can we be picked up at our office?
Yes. Custom pickup is available for an additional fee. Just mention it when you request a proposal.
Is there storage on the bike?
Yes. There’s room for backpacks, purses, and bags.
