How does a tour work?
Arrive 20 minutes early to check in. If you’ve pre-purchased drink tickets, we’ll have drinks chilled and ready in your onboard YETI cooler.
Your two-person crew will go over a quick safety briefing, then it’s time to start the music and roll through downtown!
You’ll stop mid-tour for a photo and end at bar, where you can stay as long as you like.
inquire todayCan we drink on the bike?
Yes, drinks are allowed on the bike! You can pre-purchase up to 3 drink tickets per person when you book — each ticket gets you one drink from your onboard YETI cooler. Drinks are $8 each or 3 for $21.
Our menu features Collective Arts slim cans: Collective Lite Lager, plus craft cocktails like the Passion Rum Mojito, Wild Berry Lime Cosmo, and Blood Orange Margarita. Mocktail options are available too.
Tickets must be purchased by midnight the night before your tour — no day-of or in-person alcohol sales. If you have unused tickets after your tour, you’re eligible for a refund.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Unfortunately not. Our liquor licence from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario prohibits outside alcohol. You can pre-purchase drink through the link in your confirmation email after you book — see our Drinks page for the full menu and pricing.
How much does it cost?
Private Tours $24.99 to 54.99 per person, depending on the time and day of your tour
Public Tours $24.99 to 54.99 per person, depending on the time and day of your tour

What if we don't use all our drink tickets?
You are eligible for a refund at the end of the tour for unused drink tickets.
Once your tour is over, take a photo of your unused tickets, and send us an email with the photo of your tickets, date/time of your tour, and the name of the person who booked your seat (if it wasn’t you). Only emails received within 7 days of the completion of the tour are eligible for a refund.
Groups or individuals who do not show up for their tour, or have their tour cancelled mid-ride due to non-compliant behaviour are not eligible for a refund of drink tickets.

Where does it start?
All tours start at CHEFS HALL. With 15 food vendors and 4 bars on site, we recommend showing up a little early – there’s plenty to explore before we roll!
Where does it end?
Tours normally end at 250 Adelaide St W, home to Rock N Horse, Dublin Calling, and The Porch – you pick which one when you arrive.
Can we end at a restaurant instead of the usual drop-off?
Yes! Tours normally end at 250 Adelaide St W, home to Rock N Horse, Dublin Calling, and The Porch — you pick which one when you arrive. If you’d like to end somewhere else instead, just reach out at least 7 days before your tour.
Current restaurant end options include Local Public Eatery (Adelaide) and Everyside Social Eatery & Taphouse.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
How many people can ride?
Each bike holds up to 15 people. A minimum of 4 people is needed to operate. The bikes have electric pedal assist to make the experience pretty casual!
Who can ride?
All riders must be of legal drinking age and must present valid identification.
How long is the Pedal Pub Tour?
All tours are 90 minutes long, plus unlimited time at the final bar.
What should I wear?
Please dress appropriately for the predicted weather conditions. We ride rain or shine, so dress accordingly. Closed-toe shoes or sandals – we don’t recommend heels!
What if I can’t pedal?
No problem! There are 5 non-pedaling spots on each bike.
Does the Pedal Pub have electric pedal assist?
Yes! It’s there to help on hills, and when you’re too busy singing!
Should I tip?
A standard service industry gratuity is common (and greatly appreciated by your Pilots!). An 18% automatic gratuity will be added to corporate tours.
Is parking available?
We strongly recommend using public transportation or an Uber/Lyft. If you must drive, there is paid parking nearby.
We recommend showing up early and enjoying a drink before the tour starts. That way you won’t stress about hitting traffic or construction and your tour won’t be cut short.
What is the cancellation policy?
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 14 days in advance.
Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days in advance are eligible for either a 50% refund or a one-time reschedule. No refunds (including drink tickets and add-ons) or rescheduling are permitted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour.
What is the weather policy?
We ride rain or shine. Rainy days are rare – we’ve only seen a handful over the past four seasons. If it does rain, the bike’s roof keeps riders dry in light showers. There’s covered storage for your belongings. Need extra coverage? Ponchos are available for $2 each and can be purchased right before your tour.
Honestly, getting a little wet often makes the ride more fun – rainy tours tend to be the most memorable.
Tours are only cancelled for lightning or severe weather. If that happens, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellation decisions are made just before your tour starts, since weather can change fast.
Can we decorate the bike?
Personal decorations are not permitted on the bike, as they tend to damage the signage of our bikes. We have special decorations that are safe for the bike (and look amazing!) that can be purchased as an add on.
