We thought about including drinks, but every person wants different things (beer, seltzers, cocktails, wine) with different prices. We chose to not include drinks so people can choose to drink what and however much they want while keeping the price of the tour reasonable.

Similar to limos, party buses and private vehicles, alcohol is not permitted on the bike due to provincial liquor laws. However, you are never more than a few songs away from the next stop!

We’ll give you your money back if you somehow manage to not have fun (which would be a first). We’re that confident you’ll have a great time!

Tours that begin after 12:30pm start at Stackt Market (28 Bathurst Street). Meet us in front of Blue Moon Brewery at the back of the market.

Tours that begin before 12:30pm start at Amsterdam Brewhouse – 245 Queens Quay W.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

Each bike holds up to 15 people. A minimum of 6 people is needed to operate. These bikes don’t pedal themselves!

All riders must be of legal drinking age and must present valid identification.

Please dress appropriately for the predicted weather conditions. We ride rain or shine, so dress accordingly. Closed-toe shoes or sandals – we don’t recommend heels!

No problem! There are 5 non-pedaling spots on each bike.

Yes! It’s there to help on hills, and when you’re too busy singing!

A standard service industry gratuity is common (and greatly appreciated by your Pilot!). An automatic gratuity of 18% will be added to corporate tours and tours involving multiple bikes.

We strongly recommend using public transportation or an Uber/Lyft. If you must drive, there is paid parking nearby.

We recommend showing up early and enjoying a drink before the tour starts. That way you won’t stress about hitting traffic or construction and your tour won’t be cut short.

A full refund will be issued for cancellations more than 14 days in advance. Cancellations within 14 days and seven days can reschedule or receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for tours cancelled less than seven days in advance of the scheduled tour.

We ride rain or shine. For reference, we only had rain on a handful of tour days over our past two seasons.

If it does rain, the bike has a roof that hangs over the seats to keep you dry on light rain days. There is ample fully covered storage to keep your personal belongings dry. We go into bars during the tour so you won’t be outside the whole time. We also provide ponchos at cost.

No one likes the idea of potentially getting wet during their tour, but once you’re wet, we can tell you from experience that tours in the rain will often have more fun because of how much more ridiculous it makes the experience.

For safety, we cancel if there is lightning or other severe weather. If we have to cancel the reservation based on severe weather conditions, you will have the option of a 100% refund or rain check for another date.

Please dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions. Weather cancellations are not made until right before your reservation’s scheduled start time, as weather can be unpredictable.

Absolutely! Decorations are welcome, provided they are socially-appropriate and don’t obstruct the view of your Pilot. Additionally, please note that we cannot cover our Pedal Pub logos or signs with decorations at any time. We recommend zip ties, rope, or string for attaching decorations. We do not allow duct tape because it removes the varnish from the wood and scotch tape is not strong enough. Shoot us an email at [email protected] if you plan to decorate.

1. Don’t show up drunk! We cannot allow anyone on board who shows up drunk.
2. Complete the e-waiver prior to your tour date.
3. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
4. Don’t bring your own alcohol (no alcohol is allowed on the bike).
5. Feel free to bring your own water and/or snacks.
6. Bring a fully-charged phone (for pictures, Uber, etc.).
7. Drink responsibly and be respectful.
8. Always listen to your Pilot!
