  1. Complete the e-waiver (sent to you via email) prior to your tour date.
  2. Arrive at least 30 minutes early.
  3. Do not show up drunk (we cannot allow you on board).
  4. Do not bring hard alcohol on board (it’s illegal).
  5. Bring the right amount of beverages (2-3 drinks per person).
  6. Bring water and snacks.
  7. Bring a fully-charged phone.
  8. Have a pick-up plan for when your tour ends.
  9. Always drink responsibly and be respectful.
  10. Always listen to your Pilot.

What should I bring?

Please arrive 30 minutes early with:

  • ID – Must show proof of 21 +
  • Beverages – NO GLASS ALLOWED – Beer, Cider, Wine, Spiked Seltzer, NO HARD ALCOHOL (2-3 per person)
  • $ to tip Pilot – Not required, but appreciated!

How do I complete the e-waiver?

Once you book, you will receive a link to our e-waiver in a follow up email. After completing your waiver, you will be able to share the e-waiver with the rest of your party. You will also receive a text with the e-waiver link 48 hours before your tour. Filling out the waiver beforehand speeds up the boarding process!

How many people can ride?

Each bike holds up to 15 people!

Do I tip my driver?

Tips are always appreciated. If you had a great time, a standard service industry tip of 15-20% is customary. Our pilots take cash, Venmo, and Cash App. Automatic gratuity of 15% will be added to any tours involving multiple Pedal Pub bikes.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time so we can make sure you get all 90 minutes of your tour!

Where does it start?

Please refer to the address you received in your boarding instructions email at the time of booking.

What is the weather policy?

We ride rain or shine! Full or partial cancellations due to severe weather will be determined at the time of tour by management. You will be notified if your tour will be cancelled due to weather. Do not assume your tour is cancelled unless contacted by management. If management cancels due to weather while you are on tour, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on when the tour is cancelled. If your group decides not to ride based on current weather conditions, you will not receive a refund. You will be given the option to cancel if temps are below 30 degrees or above 100 degrees. Please plan and dress appropriately for predicted weather conditions.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be given a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the activity date will be given a 50% refund.

No refund will be given for rides cancelled the day the activity takes place.
