Complete the e-waiver prior to your date.

Arrive at least 45 minutes before your tour. Or, come early and enjoy drinks and food at our OutSyde Bar & Patio!

Do not show up drunk (we cannot allow you on board).

Do not bring any alcohol on board (it’s illegal). GA has no open container law in place. You are welcome to have drinks at the bar and patio.
05.
Bring water and snacks. We will provide one bottle of water complimentary per customer.

Bring a fully charged phone.
07.
Have a pick-up plan for when your tour ends. Pick-up is at the hub (305 12th Street 30901).
08.
Always drink responsibly and be respectful.

Always listen to your Pilot.

How many people can ride?

Each bike holds up to 15 people!

Who can ride?

All riders must be of legal drinking age and must present a valid identification. The only exception is on our Family Fun Ride, in which we allow riders 12+ barring they have a chaperone.

What should I wear?

Please dress appropriately for the predicted weather conditions. We ride rain or shine, so dress accordingly. Closed-toe shoes or sandals are recommended. Heels are not.

What if I can’t pedal?

No problem! There are 5 non-pedaling spots on each bike

Where does it start?

Pedal Pub of Augusta rolls out from the hub. Tours begin at 305 12th Street Augusta, GA 30901.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

Do I have to take a tour to visit the restaurant and vice versa?

We welcome anyone to join us at our OutSyde Bar and Patio or on a tour! You don’t need to have a ride booked to visit the restaurant, nor do you need to visit the restaurant to take a ride.

Do I tip my driver?

Tips are always appreciated. If you had a great time, a standard service industry tip is customary. Automatic gratuity of 15% will be added to any tours involving multiple Pedal Pub bikes.

Is parking available?

On-street parking is available at the hub and on the streets near that location. However, we highly encourage you to use a ride-sharing program to maximize your fun.

Can I rent multiple bikes?

Yes, it is easy to rent multiple bikes! We have a total of 2 bikes here at Pedal Pub Augusta, which means that we can accommodate groups of up to 30 people! To book a custom tour, please contact us directly 706-364-0039 or submit an inquiry form .

Do you offer any birthday specials?

Yes! We do. When you book a birthday tour of at least 6 people, we will reimburse you for your individual seat on the day of the tour. All you have to do is show us your ID to have your seat refunded.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel one week prior to your scheduled route. No refunds are offered if you cancel less than a week before your tour. (However, if we are able to fill your spot with another group, we will offer a refund – the sooner we know, the more likely we will be able to fill your spot.) Day of cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.
