10 PEDAL PUB “PRO TIPS”

  1. Complete the e-waiver (sent to you via email) prior to your tour date.
  2. Arrive at least 15 minutes early.
  3. Do not show up drunk (we cannot allow you on board).
  4. Do not bring hard alcohol on board (it’s illegal).
  5. Bring the right amount of beverages (2-3 drinks per person).
  6. Bring water and snacks.
  7. Bring a fully-charged phone.
  8. Have a pick-up plan for when your tour ends.
  9. Always drink responsibly and be respectful.
  10. Always listen to your Pilot.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN RIDE?

Each bike holds up to 15 people!

WHO CAN RIDE?

All riders must be of legal drinking age and must present valid identification.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Please dress appropriately for the predicted weather conditions. We ride rain or shine, so dress accordingly. Closed-toe shoes or sandals – we don’t recommend heels!

WHAT IF I CAN’T PEDAL?

No problem! There are 5 non-pedaling spots on each bike.

WHERE DOES IT START?

Check your route as each departure destination is specific to each tour.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

DO I TIP MY DRIVER?

Tips are always appreciated. If you had a great time, a standard service industry tip is customary. Automatic gratuity of 15% will be added to any tours involving multiple Pedal Pub bikes.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

On-street parking is available at all locations. However, we highly encourage you to use a ride sharing program to maximize your fun.

CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE BIKES?

Yes, it is easy to rent multiple bikes! We have a total of 2 bikes here in The Quad Cities, which means that we can accommodate groups of up to 32 people! To book a custom tour, please contact us directly at 972-374-1919, or  submit an inquiry form.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel one week prior to your scheduled route. No refunds are offered if you cancel less than a week before your tour. (However, if we are able to fill your spot with another group, we will offer a refund – the sooner we know, the more likely we will be able to fill your spot.) Day of cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR DRIVERS

Pedal Pub Dallas maintains a zero-tolerance policy for our drivers on the consumption of intoxicating substances. If you suspect your driver may be intoxicated, please utilize our Contact Page or the form below to let us know the name of your driver suspected of being intoxicated, the date and time of your booking, the circumstances of the incident, and any additional info you feel is necessary. Complaints can also be submitted immediately by calling 3-1-1. Drivers suspected of intoxication will be suspended pending investigation and terminated if found responsible for being intoxicated.
